About WWCGF

We had a great 2021 Children's Groundwater Festival!

Our first virtual festival still provided great content for thousands of students to learn all about water. To view the virtual festival, visit our YouTube Channel.

Watch this website in early 2022 for information about the next Children's Groundwater Festival.

Program for Grade 2 through Grade 5 students

The Waterloo Wellington Children's Groundwater Festival (WWCGF) would like to thank all our Festival supporters. Donations from local businesses, government and grants allow us to host an exciting environmental education program for the youth in our community.
Our mission is to educate students about the importance of water conservation, protection, technology, and ecology.
A Children's Water Festival offers a unique water education program which promotes a 'hands-on' learning environment, delivered in a manner that is fun and interactive.

Want to get involved? This website has information about how to bring a class, volunteer at the Festival, or help sponsor the Festival. You can also contact us by email at DMeagher@regionofwaterloo.ca or KDavis@centrewellington.ca.
