Announcing dates for the 2022 Children's Groundwater Festival!

The 2022 Waterloo Wellington Children's Groundwater Festival will again be virtual, making it easy for thousands of students to learn about water, not matter where they are. This year's Festival will run Monday, May 16 to Thursday, May 19, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Each day will feature different lessons, music and interactive activities about topics such as watersheds, habitats for plants and animals, soil and rocks, water conservation and the importance of protecting natural resources. We are excited to build on our successful virtual festival in 2021.

Registration is now open! Click here to sign up for the 2022 Festival.

Program for Grade 2 through Grade 5 students

The Waterloo Wellington Children's Groundwater Festival (WWCGF) would like to thank all our Festival supporters. Donations from local businesses, government and grants allow us to host an exciting environmental education program for the youth in our community.
Our mission is to educate students about the importance of water conservation, protection, technology, and ecology.
A Children's Water Festival offers a unique water education program which promotes a 'hands-on' learning environment, delivered in a manner that is fun and interactive.
